Alex was amazing. She adjusted the process to meet the needs of a 93 year old man. She did most of the running and made the process extremely easy. She went the extra mile to provide the features that were important. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying a car.

Was able to figure out i didn't have an oil leak and I was leaking transmission fluid. Then realized I was also leaking coolant. Able to fix all issues for me. Very pleased with the offer of a loaner after saying they didnt have one. Other dealerships don't offer loaners. Thankful for the team at Burt Watson Freeland.
