Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Friday, and 8:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate

Scope of departmental work: Automotive sales and leasing, pre-owned vehicle purchasing

Compensation: $40,000 to $150,000 annually, commiserate with experience. We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding vehicle sales and purchases.
  • Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of vehicles to guests
  • Assist guests through the automotive buying and leasing process
  • Work closely with sales managers to calculate and quote pricing given accurate information
  • Correctly gather information for the finance department including credit applications
  • Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintain valid driver license

Responsibilities:

· Shipping and receiving of parts

· Accurate estimation of parts for technicians and customers

· Ability to navigate parts catalogue

· Basic knowledge of vehicle systems

· Responsible for proper inventory controls

· Work directly with used car technicians to accurately look up and procure parts quickly to repair vehicles

· Work with other dealership parts departments to order parts and facilitate deliveries

· 1+ year minimum of parts experience

Responsibilities:

· Vehicle Diagnostic utilizing test drives, diagnostic equipment, and various special service tools

· Communicating with service advisors to provide estimates for repairs or additional services needed

· Basic computer skills needed to story out vehicle repairs and run diagnostic equipment

· Complete repairs on Engines, Electrical Components, Brakes, Suspension & Steering, and HVAC systems.

· Complete GM warranty repairs in accordance with GM standards

· Complete vehicle inspections on each vehicle to ensure all problems are identified

· Stay current with State of Michigan or ASE certifications

Scope of departmental work: We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator focused exclusively on capturing and editing content for our dealership locations. This role does not include strategy, planning, or posting-our marketing team handles that. You will receive clear direction, follow a shot list, record content, and send the files back to our marketing coordinator for editing or posting.

Compensation: $13-15/hr based on skills and experience

Responsibilities:

· Record pre-selected short-form video content across all dealership locations (Freeland, Reese, Pinconning, West Branch).

· Receive direct instruction and shot lists from the marketing coordinator.

· Film requested clips consistently and professionally, following brand style and visual standards.

· Deliver raw footage or edited files on schedule, organized and properly labeled.

· Capture high-quality video and photo content using smartphone or camera equipment.

· Edit short-form videos when requested (optional if you prefer filming only).

· Maintain organized file storage to ensure smooth transfer to the marketing team.

· Travel regularly between store locations to complete assigned shoots.

Requirements:

· Experience filming or creating social media-style content (portfolio or sample links required).

· Strong filming skills with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.

· Ability to follow a planned shot list and take clear direction.

· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between dealership locations.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling footage and deadlines.

· Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) preferred but not required if your focus is filming only.

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:00 0 am-5:00 pm- Monday-Friday. Position is scheduled 40-45 hours per week based on dealership volume and needs.

Scope of departmental work: Assess damage to customer vehicles to create estimates for insurance companies and consumers. Correspondence with insurance representatives to ensure claim is handled properly.

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities:

· Thoroughly inspect vehicles to determine extent of damage and need for repairs

· Photograph vehicle accurately to support estimate for insurance purposes

· Collaborate with insurance adjuster on correct repair procedures and ensure that vehicle is returned to pre accident condition

· Review supplements from technicians, accurately document need for supplement, and get timely approval from insurance company

· Negotiate on behalf of Burt Watson and the customer with insurance companies for accurate repair times and proper repair procedures

· Coordinating repair process with technicians

· Maintain high level of customer service throughout the repair process

· Update customer on the status of vehicle daily through customer's preferred communication method

· Perform final quality control check on vehicle after repairs are completed

· Follow up with insurance company on all payments for repairs

· Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and vendors

Requirements:

· 1+ years collision writing experience

· Experience with CCC estimating software (or other estimating software) required

· Have positive, upbeat attitude

· Able to work as part of a team

· Able to communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters
