Job Description: Automotive Sales Professional

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Friday, and 8:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate

Scope of departmental work: Automotive sales and leasing, pre-owned vehicle purchasing

Compensation: $40,000 to $150,000 annually, commiserate with experience. We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.

Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding vehicle sales and purchases.
• Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of vehicles to guests
• Assist guests through the automotive buying and leasing process
• Work closely with sales managers to calculate and quote pricing given accurate information
• Correctly gather information for the finance department including credit applications
• Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain valid driver license

Job Description: Parts Counter Person

Reports to: Parts Department Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 7:30 am-5:30 pm- Monday-Friday and 8:00 am- Noon on Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate.

Scope of departmental work: Estimate and sell parts

Compensation: $15 per hour + commissions (approx.: $35,000- $40,000 per year)

Responsibilities:

· Shipping and receiving of parts

· Accurate estimation of parts for technicians and customers

· Ability to navigate parts catalogue

· Basic knowledge of vehicle systems

· Responsible for proper inventory controls

· Work directly with used car technicians to accurately look up and procure parts quickly to repair vehicles

· Work with other dealership parts departments to order parts and facilitate deliveries

Requirements:

· 1+ year minimum of parts experience

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:00 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm Fridays. Saturdays from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm. Position is scheduled 40 hours per week.

Scope of departmental work: Office Duties

Compensation: $16-19 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Post and process all paperwork associated with the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles

· Verify that all documents are signed and completed properly

· Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in the car deal

· Process all payoffs on trades and warranties in a timely manner

· Backfill Cashiering duties as needed

· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with other staff and management

· Other duties as assigned

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Regular scheduled hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm- Monday-Friday. Position is scheduled 40-45 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate.

Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 annually

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.

· Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

· Assist with software and hardware upgrades and installations.

· Respond to user inquires and provide timely resolution to technical issues.

· Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

· Travel to all Burt Watson locations to assist with installations and upgrades as needed.

· Must be able to prioritize and self-direct

Compensation: $13.00-$14.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers
• Checking out rental vehicle to customers
• Utilizing computer to track vehicles and appointments
• Picking up and delivering customer vehicles
• Driving shuttle vehicle to transport customers
• Basic computer skills
• Additional tasks as designated
